Hello Mr. Lindop,
I like your site. You worked hard to make it dignified and colorful. It’s obvious that Jesus is important to you but I can’t help noticing that you are a member of the "Jesus Is My Homeboy" blog ring. Would Jesus really like being called our homeboy? Everywhere Jesus went his friends all called him "my lord" to show their respect for him as God’s son. At the end, he was beaten, spat upon, ridiculed and left to die in the sun for us. I myself would never call such a great man "my homeboy". Is "homeboy" a title worthy of our savior after all he has done for us? As our king, he will begin his reign soon: 16On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. (Revelation 19:16) (NIV) I wonder how many people would call him "homie" realizing that?

just to clarify (because some people do get confused when I say UK), it's referring to the University of Kentucky basketball team.  And if you already knew that and were just asking why I'm supporting them, it's because I'm from there, I love them, and even though they are having a bad season, I'm still standing behind them.
